ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On September
28, 1995, the undersigned judge received a statement from the Petitioner stating that as of
Monday, September 25, 1995, the Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources had not
received, pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §1-23-110(b) (Supp. 1994), a request for a public hearing.
Therefore, the Petitioner requested that the hearing be dismissed.
Pursuant to §1-23-110(b) (Supp. 1994), IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and
hereby is dismissed.
