ORDERS:
ORDER
In this matter, the Proponent has advised the Administrative Law Judge Division, by letter dated
June 1, 1995, that the Proponent has withdrawn the proposed regulations. Upon withdrawal of
the proposed regulations, a hearing is no longer necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for June 7, 1995, at 9:30 a.m. is
hereby canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
