Department of Social Services did not receive any requests for a hearing on the proposed regulations in the above
matter and that the hearing will not be necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for December 28, 2001, at 11:30 a.m. is canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 01-ALJ-18-0457-RH is hereby
dismissed.
