ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, a regulatory hearing was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 2, 2001,
at the Administrative Law Judge Division hearing room, Edgar A. Brown Building, 1205 Pendleton Street,
Columbia, South Carolina.
The Department advised the Administrative Law Judge Division, by letter dated July 3, that the Department
must modify and reissue its Notice of Drafting in view of the Governor's recent veto of legislation that would
have exempted the sale of food from state sales tax. Thus, a hearing is unnecessary in this matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for October 2, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. is hereby
canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
