ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above referenced matter was scheduled to be heard on June 25, 2001 before the Administrative
Law Judge Division ("ALJD"). However, Melanie Joseph of the Department of Insurance informed this
tribunal on June 22, 2001 that all issues concerning the regulation have been resolved, and a hearing is
not needed in the above matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for June 25, 2001 is cancelled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
