ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division. On October 11, 2000, counsel for the
Proponent forwarded an Agency Transmittal Form to the Division requesting a public hearing on the proposed regulation. A hearing
was scheduled for December 15, 2000. On December 4, 2000, counsel for the Proponent informed the Court that deadline for
requests for a public hearing was December 1, 2000 and that no requests had been received. The public hearing, therefore, is no
longer necessary. Therefore, for good cause shown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is CANCELLED, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED.
