IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Appeal of the "Final Decision" of the South Carolina Board of Examiners of
Optometry issuing Order to Cease and Desist Regarding Unlawful Advertising filed on July 22, 1999, by the Appellant, is
hereby dismissed without prejudice. The dismissal of this appeal does not prejudice any rights Appellant has in regard to
taking action relating to the issuance of the Order to Cease and Desist.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
