Regulation: Board of Funeral Service (ôBoardö). Prior to the hearing, the Board revised its earlier ruling, making moot Appellant's appeal.
NOW, THEREFORE, upon Motion of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, L.L.P., attorneys for the Petitioners, by and with the consent of the
undersigned attorney for the Respondent, and because Petitioners no longer require a hearing on this matter, this matter is dismissed.
