ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled appeal is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division.
On July 13, 1995, the Contractor's Licensing Board issued an Order of Revocation revoking
Ernest A. Chandler's contractor's license. On July 19, 1995, Mr. Chandler filed with the
Administrative Law Judge Division an Appeal of the Board's order. On September 18, 1995, the
Appellant filed a Motion requesting that the case be remanded to the Board on the grounds of a
prior adjudication. On September 20, 1995, an Order for Remand was issued requiring that the
Board consider the prior adjudication referred to by Mr. Chandler and render a decision. On
October 25, 1995, the Board issued an Order of Dismissal, stating that upon consideration of the
prior adjudication, the Order of the Board revoking Mr. Chandler's license is rescinded (see
attached).
Therefore, due to the recision by the Board of the license revocation, IT IS ORDERED that the
above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
