ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In this matter, the parties agreed to terms of settlement, which were read into the record in
open court at the February 16, 1999 hearing. Specifically, the parties agreed to a reduction of the
penalty from $15, 600 to $5, 000 provided Respondent pays the penalty within thirty days. Further,
the parties agree that if Respondent fails to pay the penalty within the next thirty days, the full
amount of the original penalty will be due immediately. As provided in S.C. R.C.P. 43(k), these
settlement terms resolve all disputes in the case at hand and are binding upon the parties.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
