ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter is scheduled to be heard October 15, 1998, at the
Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina.
This office received a letter dated October 9, 1998, from Mr. M. M. Weinberg, III,
attorney for the Respondent. Mr. Weinberg states in his letter that the Respondent, Ms. Rose
Jackson, has paid the citation issued to her, payable to the South Carolina Department of
Labor.
This matter has been settled and a hearing is no longer necessary. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is dismissed.
