ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On May
15, 1998, a Motion to Dismiss was filed by Petitioner's Attorney, Sharon A. Dantzler, stating
"WHEREAS, Petitioner on January 23, 1998, issued to Respondent, ABC Bonding Company, Inc.,
Citation #426-98 alleging one violation of Code Section 41-10-40(A) of the State of South Carolina;
and WHEREAS, a penalty was proposed in the amount of Six Hundred ($600.00) dollars for these
violations; and WHEREAS, Respondent filed a timely Notice of Protest; and WHEREAS,
Respondent has indicated that it does not want a hearing in this matter (see attached). NOW
THEREFORE, Petitioner moves to dismiss Respondent's Notice of Protest in this matter".
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
