ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
This matter comes before me upon the Motion of the South Carolina Department of Labor,
Licensing and Regulation - Division of Labor (LLR) to dismiss this contested case. The
Department, Petitioner, issued a citation to Show Tyme T.V. Rental for an alleged violation of the
laws relating to payment of wages. The Respondent timely protested the citation and a contested
case hearing was scheduled.
It now appears that the Department wishes to withdraw its citation against Show Tyme. The
Respondent does not object to the motion.
It is therefore ORDERED, that the Department's Motion to withdraw the citation against Show
Tyme T.V. Rental is GRANTED and the case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
