ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
IT APPEARS unto this Court that the parties, through counsel, have agreed to a
settlement of the above captioned matter, whereby the Respondent shall be immediately and
permanently enjoined from engaging in the unlicensed practiced of Massage/Bodywork Therapy
as such is defined in the S.C. Code of Laws §40-30-10, et seq. (1976, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BY AND WITH THE CONSENT OF THE ATTORNEYS
FOR THE PARTIES, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Respondent, effective
immediately, be permanently enjoined from engaging in the unlicensed practice of
Massage/Bodywork Therapy as such is defined in S.C. Code of Laws §40-30-10, et seq. (1976,
as amended).
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
