The above matter is before me pursuant to a Motion for Temporary Injunction filed with the Administrative Law Judge
Division on February 8, 2001. On February 12, 2001, this office received a Withdrawal of Motion for Temporary
Injunction from James W. Potter, the attorney for Tin Products, Inc.
THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that this case is dismissed.
