ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me pursuant to Petitioner's request for a contested case hearing filed with the
Administrative Law Judge Division (ALJD) on March 23, 2001.
By letter of Petitioner filed with the ALJD on June 29, 2001, Petitioner informed the undersigned
Administrative Law Judge that she no longer needs a hearing in this matter. The letter further states that
Petitioner requests that this matter be dismissed.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for August 14, 2001 is canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
