ORDER OF DISMISSAL (Appeal)
On August 15, 2001, it was the order of this Division that the Appellant file a brief within fifteen
(15) days. The order was placed in the United States mail on August 16, 2001, being addressed to
the parties at the addresses on file with this Division. On August 23, 2001, the letter addressed to
Appellant at 118 Seven Springs Street, Blacksburg, SC, was returned to this Division. A notation
on the envelope indicated it had not been delivered because the property at the address on the
envelope is vacant.
Therefore, it appears this Division does not have a correct address for the Appellant in that
Appellant vacated her last address and failed to notify the Division.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal be DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
