ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") for a contested case hearing upon
the request of Mildred Arrington ("Petitioner"). In a letter dated November 30, 1999, counsel for Petitioner notified the
Division of her desire to withdraw the request for contested case hearing. The letter is attached hereto and incorporated as
Exhibit A. By virtue of Petitioner's notice of withdrawal of said request for contested case hearing, there appears to be no
further controversy for consideration.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case matter is hereby DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
