ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant
to a request for a hearing by Petitioners Frank and Minnie Wilson regarding the removal of a
foster child in their care. By letter filed on February 8, 1999, which is attached and incorporated
by reference, Respondent informed this tribunal that the foster child in question will not be
removed from Petitioners' home.
Accordingly, there is no longer a justiciable case or controversy, and this matter is
rendered moot.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed and
the hearing scheduled for February 18, 1999 is canceled.
