ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
A Hearing into the above matter was scheduled before me on January 14, 1999.
Since scheduling that Hearing, Gwendolyn Babb, Attorney for the Department of Social
Services, made a Motion to Dismiss stating that the parties to this matter had resolved the
issues to be heard before this court. The Petitioners consented to that motion. Finding
good cause,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties' Motion to Dismiss be granted
and the above case be dismissed.
