ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On May 6, 1999, this tribunal conducted a telephone conference call with the parties in the above-captioned matter. During the conference call, Celeste Moore, Counsel for the Department, advised this tribunal that the foster child who was the subject of this case had been adopted. Ms. Moore indicated that she learned of the adoption on May 5, 1999. Ms. Hytower indicated that she learned of the adoption on May 6, 1999. Because of the adoption, Ms. Hytower indicated that she no longer wishes to pursue this matter before the Administrative Law Judge Division, and the May 7, 1999 hearing was canceled.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
