CONSENT ORDER
This matter comes before the court by consent of the parties for an order dismissing
the above-referenced case. It appears that the parties have resolved the issue of adoptive
placement of the minor child, Daniel Doe. It further appears that the Respondent has found
that the best interests of the minor child would be served by his continued placement and
adoption by the petitioners.
Based upon the foregoing, it is the order of this Court that the above-referenced case
is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
