ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by letter dated July 8, 1998, Petitioners notified this
tribunal that they no longer wish to contest the Department's Final Agency Determination
denying a refund of 1993 income taxes paid on Petitioner's military lump sum Special Separation
Benefit.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed
with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
