The Petitioner and Respondent notified this Division by letter dated February 7, 2002, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw its request for a contested case hearing based on an agreement with Respondent that the value of the property located at 406 Long Avenue bearing TMS# 98-07-06-009-01-0 as of the effective date of the 2001 resassessment is $152,500.00. Both parties signed the agreement and it is incorporated herein as Attachment A.

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.

AGREEMENT RESOLVING APPEAL

TO ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE DIVISION



This agreement entered into between North American Carbide, Inc. ("Appellant") and the Greenwood Count Assessor ("Assessor") on February 7, 2002.

The parties agree that the value of property located at 406 Long Ave bearing TMS #98-07-06-009-01-0 as of the effective date of the 2001 reassessment is $152,500.00. Based on this agreement, the Appellant withdraws its appeal to the Administrative Law Judge Division.
