ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On February 27, 2002, a Motion to
Dismiss was filed by Neill, Terrill & Embree, L.C., Counsel for Petitioner. On February 28, 2002, the Court was notified
by Respondent that Petitioner had agreed to the property assessment as previously set forth. There being no further
controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and the hearing which was scheduled
for Tuesday, March 5, 2002, at 9:30 a.m. has been canceled.
