ORDERS:
ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
On September 19, 2001, J. Richard Cox, attorney for Petitioner, filed
a motion pursuant to ALJD Rule 29D requesting that this tribunal reconsider
the Final Order and Decision it issued in the above-captioned case on September
4, 2001. After considering the documents filed in support of and in opposition
to this motion, this tribunal respectfully denies Petitioner's motion to
reconsider.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Petitioner's motion to reconsider
the Order of this tribunal dated September 4, 2001 is DENIED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
