Labor, Licensing and Regulation, Division of Labor, notified this tribunal that the parties to the
above-captioned matter have reached an amicable settlement of this case. Therefore, as there are no
justiciable issues remaining in controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
