ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was pending before this tribunal, pursuant to the request of
William C. Bleimeister for a hearing on the decision issued by the Beaufort County Auditor
Assessment for his 1997 Cadillac Seville Touring Sedan for tax year 1997. On April 4, 1998, Mr.
Bleimeister filed a letter with the Division stating that he was withdrawing his request for a hearing.
By withdrawing the request, it appears that no further action is required. It is therefore,
ORDERED, that the above referenced case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
