ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On
January 12, 1998, a letter was received from Petitioner, Clarence P. Hucks, stating, "In that I'm
having to spend time with my son in Georgia following the accident I've previously mentioned to
all concerned, I'm not going to pursue this appeal at this time. It is not feasible to get this work done
by my attorney, Ken Powell now".
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
