ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
This matter was pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to a request for a
contested case hearing filed by the Petitioners, Mr. & Mrs. Stephen S. Caskie, to review the
decision of the Berkeley County Board of Assessment Appeals affirming the assessed value of real
property located in Berkeley County in the above referenced case. By letter dated January 29,
1997, the Petitioners, Mr. & Mrs. Stephen P. Caskie and Respondent, Berkeley County Assessor,
state that a settlement has been reached by both parties resolving the issues raised in this matter.
It is therefore,
ORDERED, that the hearing scheduled for Thursday, January 30, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. is
DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
