ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS MATTER COMES before me on the motion of the Petitioner, The Outpatient Surgery Center of Hilton Head, LLC
("OSCHH"), which, with the consent of the Respondents, South Carolina Department of Health and Environment Control
("DHEC"), and Hilton Head Health System, LP, d/b/a Hilton Head Medical Center and Clinics ("HHMC"), moves for a
voluntary dismissal with prejudice of the above-captioned contested case. Based on good cause shown,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the South Carolina
Rules of Civil Procedure, with the consent of all parties hereto, this action, including all claims herein asserted by all
parties, is hereby dismissed and ended with prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
