ORDERS:
AMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on June 19, 2002. On
September 26, 2002, the Petitioner filed a letter with the Division in which he set forth that he was withdrawing this
contested case. Pursuant to that letter, this office issued an Order of Dismissal on September 30, 2002. However that
Order of Dismissal had the incorrect Respondent listed in the caption. Therefore, pursuant to ALJD Rule 67, this Amended
Order of Dismissal corrects that error. See also Goethe v. Cleland, 323 S.C. 50, 448 S.E.2d 574 (S.C. App. 1994).
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
