ORDERS:
ORDER OF REMAND
On May 10, 2001, Roose Family Partnership filed a Motion to Remand on the grounds that new
evidence in the form of appraisals and comparable sales are to be presented by the Roose Family
Partnership. The Assessor has consented to the remand. Further, the parties believe the matter may be
resolved at the County level if the remand is granted.
It is therefore ORDERED that judicial efficiency is best served in this matter by a remand to the County
Board for the purpose of further review. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice. Further,
any party may timely file for a hearing before the ALJD should the dispute remain unresolved after
further review by the County Board.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
