ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On January 29, 2001, a letter was
received from Petitioners, requesting that this case be dismissed as they no longer wish to continue with this appeal. A copy
of letter is attached hereto and made a part of this Order.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and the hearing which was scheduled
for Thursday, February 15, 2001, at 9:30 a.m. has been canceled.
