This office received a letter on September 19, 2000, from the Petitioners in this matter, John and Jean Gray, stating that they are no
longer interested in pursuing the appeal regarding the above matter as the market value estimate of the property in question has been
changed by the Horry County Assessor to a value upon which the Petitioners agree. Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be dismissed.
