ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") pursuant to the Stipulation of Dismissal filed by
the parties on February 20, 2001. On August 23, 2000, the undersigned remanded this case to the Horry County Board of
Assessment Appeals to hold a contested case hearing. According to the Stipulation of Dismissal, the parties have agreed to
settle this case without holding a hearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed and is stricken from the docket.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
