Pursuant to the Agreement entered into between the Petitioner and Respondent and filed with the undersigned Administrative Law
Judge on January 25, 2001, the parties have settled the above matter. The dispute no longer exists between the parties, therefore this
matter is dismissed.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
