ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is currently pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division.
On February 17, 2004, a letter was received from Jennifer L. Queen, Attorney for Respondent,
remitting the full $400 penalty to the Department in order to resolve this contested matter in its
entirety. Accordingly, the matter is no longer in controversy and a contested case hearing is no
longer required. A copy of the said letter is attached hereto and made a part of this Order. There
being no further controversy,
IT IS SO ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and the
hearing scheduled for Thursday, February 26th, 2004 at 10:00 AM is canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
