ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Nicholas P. Sipe, Attorney for Petitioner, by letter
dated August 12, 1998, which is incorporated herein by reference. Petitioner states that Respondents
have paid all fines assessed by the South Carolina Department of Revenue and that there is no longer
any contested issue among the parties. Mr. Sipe requests that the above matter be dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
98-ALJ-17-0283-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
