The above entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On March 31, 2000, Notice and Motion
to Dismiss was filed by Carol I. McMahan, Attorney for Petitioner, stating "Respondent has paid the penalty of $400.00
imposed by the Department, and there remains no matter at isssue". Copy of Motion attached hereto.
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is settled and dismissed with prejudice.
