ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to the Agency
Transmittal Form filed December 3, 2003, regarding the administrative denial of Petitioner’s
application for a private club minibottle license. By letter filed December 12, 2003, William Peebles
indicated that he wished to withdraw his request for a hearing. Therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
