ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on Motion dated March 3, 1998, by Arlene D. Hand, Attorney
for Petitioner, to dismiss the above matter. Ms. Hand states in her Motion to Dismiss that
Respondent has complied with the penalty sought by the South Carolina Department of Revenue
("DOR") by surrendering his permit to DOR for a suspension period of forty-five days. Ms.
Hand further indicates to the Court that there remains no matter at issue and requests that the
above-captioned case be dismissed with prejudice. A hearing on the merits in this action is
scheduled for March 5, 1998, at 2:00 p.m.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for March 5, 1998, at
2:00 p.m. is cancelled and that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-17-0445-CC is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
