ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Nicholas P. Sipe, Attorney for Petitioner, by
letter filed October 6, 1997, for an order dismissing the above matter. Mr. Sipe indicates in his
letter that Respondent has paid all taxes demanded by the South Carolina Department of Revenue
and that Respondent has withdrawn his request for a hearing. The hearing on the merits in this
matter is scheduled for October 14, 1997, at 1:00 p.m.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for October 14, 1997 is
cancelled and that above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 97-ALJ-17-0327-CC is hereby
dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
