ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to an
administrative violation issued by the South Carolina Department of Revenue ("Department") against
Mr. James R. Shirley alleging his failure to meet all of the requirements of 23 S.C. Code Ann. Regs.
7-19 (1976).
This office has now been informed by Arlene D. Hand, attorney for the Department, in a letter
dated August 6, 1996, that the Department has dismissed their violation and will consider it to be a
warning. Therefore, she now requests that the hearing be canceled, and the Respondent consents.
Finding good cause,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above matter be dismissed.
