ORDERS:
ORDER
In the above-captioned matter, the petitioner moved this tribunal to amend its Final Order
and Decision filed June 28, 1996 to correct an inadvertent error. Prior to this tribunal ruling on
petitioner's motion, respondent filed an appeal of this tribunal's Final Order and Decision.
Consequently, this tribunal no longer has jurisdiction of this matter and can not consider
petitioner's motion unless leave to correct is granted from the appellate court with jurisdiction
over this case. See ALJD Rule 51 (1996).
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Amend shall not be
considered on the basis of a lack of jurisdiction.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
