ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing in the above-captioned matter is scheduled for September 7, 1995, at 2:30 p.m.
The Court received an Agreement signed by the parties on August 2, 1995, wherein Petitioner
agreed not to proceed against Respondent in Case No. 95-ALJ-17-0377-CC and Respondent
agreed to pay a fine of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in settlement of the above matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for September 7, 1995, at
2:30 p.m. is cancelled and that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
95-ALJ-17-0433-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
