ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. A
hearing was set for December 16, 1994, at 9:00 a.m. at the Administrative Law Judge Division
hearing room. Upon good cause shown by the Respondent in the attached letter dated November
30, the hearing is continued.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing in the above-captioned matter be and
hereby is rescheduled for January 16, 1995, at 10:30 a.m.
