ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me pursuant to the request of the Petitioner, Becky O. Duke d/b/a Crossroads 2 ("Duke"), for a
contested case hearing regarding an administrative violation and monetary fine imposed upon her by the Respondent South
Carolina Department of Revenue ("DOR"). A hearing was scheduled in this matter for November 25, 2002 at the offices of
the Administrative Law Judge Division. On November 4, 2002, I received a letter from DOR informing me that Duke has
agreed to pay the fine assessed by DOR and is withdrawing her request for a hearing. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed;
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
