ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division. This matter involves a
request for a contested case hearing by the Respondent concerning an administrative violation with a monetary penalty
levied by the Department of Revenue. By letter sent by facsimile and signed by Harry L. Pappas on August 5, 2002, Mr.
Pappas, agent for Judge's Chambers, withdrew his request for a hearing. He also stated that he has resolved this matter by
agreement with the Department. Therefore, having no request for a hearing, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
