ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division. This matter involves a
request for a contested case hearing by the Respondent concerning an administrative violation with a monetary penalty
levied by the Department of Revenue. By letter dated January 18, 2002, counsel for the Respondent withdrew his request
for a hearing. He also stated that as of that date, he was forwarding the full amount of the fine to the Department. Therefore,
having no request for a hearing, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
